Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email sent to the customer.

• Our Meet and Assist services encompass airport or location pick-up, assistance with baggage, and guidance through airport procedures.

• Additional services beyond the basic assistance are available at an extra cost. For details, please inquire.

Customer Responsibility:

• Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including flight details and contact information.

• Timely presence at the designated meeting point is crucial. The Company will not be held responsible for missed services due to customer delays.

Liability:

• The Company is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or airport regulations.

• The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

Customer Conduct:

• Customers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour towards Company representatives and fellow travellers.

• The Company reserves the right to refuse service to customers displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will result in a full refund.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

• Any changes to booking details, such as flight information or meeting point, must be communicated to Luxe Air VIP at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.

• Luxe Air VIP reserves the right to modify the booking schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations.
